Junior Foxes Ring Sling Review

junior foxes canadian ring sling babywearing review

Junior Foxes is a hot, new Canadian babywearing company and I couldn't wait to get my hands on one of their gorgeous ring slings, so I was thrilled when they sent me one to review! Read on to hear what I think!

Super Stylish

Junior Foxes slings come in an array of bright colours and fun patterns, perfect for summer or remencising about tropical vacations during our long Canadian winters. They have a classic collection with designs that never go out of style or out of stock and seasonal designs that keep up with the latest trends. They also regularly collaborate with other brands to bring you new, unique designs.

I love that they really have a focus on fashion, since a sling is something you WEAR. Junior Foxes knows you need a sling that goes with the rest of your outfit.

High Quality

Junior Foxes slings are handmade in Toronto. The company is owned by a mom and each sling is lovingly sewn by local moms, so when you support Junior Foxes, you're supporting other women, two-fold!

All their slings are made of strong, thin linen. This makes them cool in hot weather and perfect from birth through toddlerhood. The fabric isn’t bulky around little newborn legs and it’s strong enough to support your baby through the 35lb weight limit.

Just the Right Size

These slings are generously sized at 90" long, which makes them suitable for a wide range of body types and sizes. You can place your order feeling confident that this sling will fit you well and that you can easily share it with your partner or other caregivers, regardless of size differences.

You can let any excess fabric at the end sway in the wind or, if you don't like it hanging, you can tie it up in a variety of comfortable and pretty ways. I'll be demo-ing different finishes for the long end on Instagram later this week!

The thin fabric also allows these carriers to use a smaller ring than most other sling companies on the market, so if you have small shoulders, you won't have a large ring digging in uncomfortably.

So what are you waiting for? If you need a beautiful new sling for summer, look no further than Junior Foxes!
