Avie is passionate about educating, supporting and connecting with new parents through through her writing and on social media.

Her work has appeared in Today’s Parent, Hevria and Kveller.

Avie is a trained a postpartum & infant care doula, babywearing educator, and infant feeding specialist.

When she isn’t working on a new article or chasing after her own preschoolers, you’ll find her cross stitching or snuggled up with a good book. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two daughters.
