Avie is passionate about fostering connection through the written word. Her writing ranges from informative parenting articles to personal essays and poetry.

Her work has appeared in Today’s Parent, Hevria and Kveller.

Avie holds an English degree from Yeshiva University and is trained as a postpartum & infant care doula, babywearing educator, and infant feeding specialist.

She’s currently working towards a certificate in creative writing with a focus on poetry at University of Toronto.
